Especially for young talents IM offers best conditions for a successful career in an advanced and forwardlooking environment.Working in IM means living global trends developments such as digitalization, innovation and a new way of working.Airbus Defence Space develops software and hardware solutions to be used at different stages in the space system lifecycle design and operation validation as well as to create products for the spacecraft or directly for customersIn this context, you will be supporting the teams in charge of software engineering by providing IM information systems and IM infrastructure.This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities.You will be responsible for the following activities contributing to the IM roadmap definition, leading technical project in charge applying GPP methodology Airbus Defence Space IM project management methodology, understanding and managing the user requirement definition to enable our PLM solution extension and being the privileged interlocutor of the business on the domain, handling activitiespackagesPOC in term of costplanningquality, managing the technical activities of external subcontractor in charge of the development of the PLM solution extensions and being able to challenge their proposal, running the technical activities of infrastructure team server, network, database, PC in charge to provide mandatory infra, staying aware of new technologies Technology Watch in order to be able to provide the best of the art solutions, Working closely with IM representative in charge of the different components of the Airbus Defence Space PLM Solution. This role will involve some travel for business 2 to 3 times a year in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Engineering degree or Masters degree, in Information Technology, At least 3 years experience in Software development or in a position closely tied to the engineering, Experience in software system development andor simulation, Experience in project managementcoordination, Technical knowledge of the SDE software development environment architecture, Knowledge of all or part of the following software solutions Jira, GIT, Gerrit, Stash, Nexus, Eclipse, Maven, openStack, VMWare, KVM, Docker a certification would be a plus, Knowledge on collaboration solutions based on SharePoint, Atlassian tools suite..., Ability to interface with customers, Ability to innovate, Excellent interpersonal skills, Team spirit and autonomy, Innovation oriented, Negotiation level of French, and advanced level of English.Please apply online for this vacancy, with your CV in English.
