INXS Bassist Alleges Neighbor Assaulted Him over Unleashed Dog

STUDIO CITY, CA The former bass player for the Australian rock band INXS and his wife are suing a Studio City neighbor, who they allege attacked the musician after one of the his dogs strayed onto the neighbor's property. Musician Garry Gary Beers and real estate agent Jourdan Conrad-Beers filed the lawsuit Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court against Robert McGuigan, alleging assault, battery, stalking and both intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
