IOG signs deal with Heerema to develop four North Sea platforms

Independent Oil and Gas (IOG) has signed a letter of intent (LoI) with Heerema Fabrication Group to construct up to four normally unmanned installation (NUIs) platforms in the North Sea's southern region.
