On March 16, 2016, Peter Singer, strategist and senior fellow at the New America Foundation, will reveal how science fiction is becoming a reality on the battlefield, changing how wars are fought as well as politics, economics, laws, and ethics that surround war itself during his presentation, "Inside the Rise of the Warbots."
