RHEA is currently recruiting an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide Corporate IT Support Services at our clients premises in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Installation, setup and configuration, upgrades, administration and troubleshooting on client PCs, MACs or VMs. Install and configure new hardware such as TFT, MFP Printers and a host of other Computer peripherals. Installation, setup and configuration Webex or other Video conference services. Installation, setup and configuration Network solutions and VPN clients. Providing all round support to our user base in a cordial and professional manner, focusing on providing speedy resolutions to any issues or requests. Providing expert advice, solutions and support of the most common Software used within TEC standardized software environment e.g. SharePoint, SAP, EclipseDMS, MS Office Suite 2013, MS Project, MS Visio, Adobe Acrobat, Lotus Notes, Explorer to users. Provide support to users with Mobile devices and configuring mail. Assisting the users to correctly describereport a perceived problem to the Corporate Service Desk, Take ownership of the issue and following the resolution to the satisfaction of the user. Maintaining the current Asset inventory management system and processing to record and track any IT HW, SW and OS licenses belonging to the Directorate. Working within the Security Guidelines and ensuring the integrity of clients data. Assisting in Managing, maintaining and configuring both clustered and nonclustered environment using HyperV including Azure Pack and VMware technologies Assisting in Managing, monitoring, maintaining multiplatform server environments Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2102 and Linux servers i.e. Red Hat, Open Suse and CentOS Testing and deploying security patches and service packs for both client and server environment Installation, configuration and management of System Center Suite, including Virtual Machine Manager, Operations Managers, Data Protection Manager and Configuration Manager Assisting in maintaining the services offered in the System Center Suite and demonstrating the ability to use of the tools to optimize both the Infrastructure and clients computing services. Assisting creating the Documentation of processes and deployment plans. Assisting in supporting SharePoint Server 2010 and 2013 installation, configuration and management, including user support Assisting team in upgrading Infrastructure from adding nodes to the clustered environment, Installing and configuring and attaching Storage, Tape Library or Fiber Switches and any other Infrastructure Hardware component. Setting and configuring a host of different VM following client requests and requirements. Working within the Security Guidelines and ensuring the integrity of Security guidelines and TECs data. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Bachelor degree or equivalent education 5 years work experience. Significant 5 years prior experience of operating systems standards Windows 7, Windows 10, GPOs, Registry Kernel level tweaks and similar platform technologies in a largescale, complex, global environment. The candidate must have 5 years experience in management of Failover Cluster as well as standalone servers, a core understanding and troubleshooting HyperV technologies and VMware technologies. At least 5 years of experience in architecture, building and maintaining server systems. At least 35 years of experience in operations, administration and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server 20082012 and Microsoft SharePoint 2010 2013. At least 2 years of experience in running and supporting Microsoft System Centre Suite, Significant experience on Microsoft SCCM. Flexible and adaptable to change, able to manage constantly changing priorities. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Heavily client focused and excellent team player. Scripting experience in one or more scripting languages Powershell, C, C, VB.NET andor C development skills. Microsoft Exchange Configuring and Setting up DAS and SAN Storage Solutions. Running reports to provide information both for the management team and the Proximity support team. A Core understanding of Firewalls and Network Routing is essential.
