Design and Implement o Identity and Access Management Solutions for a large multinational organization. o Identity models, management processes and architecture of solutions including the hardware and software infrastructure. o Methods for authentication, access control and single signon for Web and desktop applications, both in Single Multi ForestDomain and Federated Environments. o Integration standards SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, SPML, SCIM. o Centralized Identity directories eg LDAP, FIM. o Public Key Infrastructure PKI with expertise in integration with IT environment. o Business Roles modelling. o Produce and maintain processes, procedures, operational and architectural documentation. Project Support o Describing technical and functional requirements in projects of Identity and Access Management. o Analysing technical and functional requirements. o Task planning and effort estimation. o Developing integration and acceptance testing plans. o Preparing reports, both operational and management oriented. o Provide expert opinion regarding customer needs, based on previous experience in implementation projects and products from different manufacturers. Additional responsibilities include Management and Monitoring of IdM Services Change Control Ensure compliance with processes and adherence to standards and documentation. Continual Improvement analysis of process and performance issue and provide improvement solutions Respond to and manage service issues and problems. Participate in planned Systems Day and other maintenance activities. Essential Educated to a degree level in Information Technology Information Security or equivalent Technical Experience Extensive and applied experience with Active Directory including design, configuration, and deployment. Experience with supporting various authentication protocols Kerberos, SAML, OAUTH, etc.. Strong knowledge in authentication authorisation infrastructures, Strong knowledge of Federated Identity Services PingIdentity ADFS, FIM, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol LDAP, Public Key Infrastructure PKI Experience in Project Management. Desirable Knowledge in other areas within Information Security standards, regulations, SIEM, perimeter and technical security, trade security solutions etc.. Knowledge of Multi Factor Authentication technologies Knowledge of Microsoft AD Integration with IdaaS solutions eg Microsoft O365 CloudMicrosoft Azure Active Directory. Experience working within a multinational firm. A certification would be a plus Microsoft, CISSP, CISA, CISM, ITIL.
