Impinj retail center aims to bring the online shopping experience to the store

Larry Arnstein, vice president of marketing and business development at Impinj, holds a snowboard with one of his company's RFID tags affixed to the retail product. Mounted on the ceiling above Arnstein head is the square "array gateway" that senses the RFID tags and the information embedded on them.
