Improvements proposed for portion of Popps Ferry Boat Launch Park

This week Biloxi City Council members will vote on a resolution authorizing a sub-grant agreement with the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality regarding funding of Popps Ferry Boat Launch Park. The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality is offering the $4 million grant provided by BP and available to the city to improve the boat launch park.
