A new Seattle online real estate company, Surefield, said it aims to cut commissions paid to real estate agents, calling the industry a "quasi-cartel." In its attack against the current real estate industry, which it has called a "quasi-cartel," Seattle online real estate company Surefield said it's retained three "leading" college economists.
