When used in compliance with its intended protection level as absolute multiturn or singleturn encoder, Sendix 7000 series reduces existing explosion hazard. Products feature such safety features as Safety-Lock™ flameproof housing design with IP67 rating and approval throughout Europe for ATEX zones 1, 2, 21, and 22. Also, shock- and vibration-proof, aluminum housing is seawater resistant and suited for offshore use. Products offer up to 5,000 ppr and operate from -40 to +140°F.
