Open Systems International, Inc. partner Chemtrols Industries Ltd. has been awarded a new contract by the Orissa Power Transmission Corp. Ltd., to expand its existing operations with a state-of-the-art new SCADA/EMS system based on OSIs next-generation monarch (Multi-platform Open Network ARCHitecture) technology, as part of a larger Unified Load Dispatch and Communication (ULDC) expansion project.
