Cotton yarn prices are slightly receding in India where cotton fiber prices have dropped from recent peaks in the last seven days. Spun polyester prices have risen by contrast, although PSF prices have remained very stable in the last weeks. Our review of Indian yarn prices covers the domestic and export markets, including carded and combed cotton, poly-cotton, poly-viscose, 100% polyester and 100% viscose. Yarn prices are compared with fiber prices offering latest trends of spinners' margins. Market fundamentals are available on a monthly basis, including production and exports.
