Indonesia's apparel exports began declining in 2019, before being directly hit by the Covid-19 disaster in the first quarter of 2020. Although labor costs have excessively risen in the last years, exporters retain significant shares of the US man-made fiber apparel market. Our statistical report provides a comprehensive view of Indonesia's clothing exports in the last five years per destination. US and EU import data from Indonesia per product category are also released, including volume, value, and unit value changes. All data are available for download.
