Unit consists of eight 10/100/1,000Base-T(X) ports, 2 of which are bypass enabled. Acting as standard Ethernet ports in normal conditions, bypass ports create in-line connection when power outage occurs. Network traffic in failed switch will continue to transmit to other active switches, optimizing network reliability.
