Along with 24 in. wide x 12 in. tall wash zone on chain mesh belt conveyor, CBW 2412H offers belt flow speeds adjustable from 2–20 fpm on continuous pass through basis. Number and location of spray bars — 8 overhead and 8 under top plane of belt — maximize coverage, and side spray capabilities allow 360° coverage. Along with 12-gauge, powder-coated steel cabinet, features include two 15 hp reservoir-mounted vertical centrifugal pumps with 335 gal tank reservoir pumping at 60 lb./in² pressure.
