In view of Corem's public offer for the shares in Tribona, KlA vern would like to inform the market that KlA vern has been contacted by an independent third party, interested in acquiring KlA vern's shares in Tribona on terms which may be more favourable for the shareholders in KlA vern than Corem's offering. The board of directors of KlA vern is having preliminary discussions with this third party.
