Device achieves emission angle of ±10° with radiant intensity of 2,900 mW/sr at operating current of 1 A. High optical output comes from thin film chip with edge length of 750 µm, in which 2 emission centers are arranged with one above other using nanostack technology. In pulsed mode, emitter can be operated with current up to 2 A.
