Using specifically focused infrared light which generates IR hotspot, SteriMax Smart sterilizes inoculating loops at temperature of 650–1,100°C in 5–10 sec, without preheating or gas flame. Unit features adjustable sterilization and cool-down timers for 2 users, and annealing tube made of quartz glass or optional wear-resistant ceramics.
