Supplied in lead-free and halogen-free packaging, S-8239B Series provides over-current monitoring for Li-ion batteries. Devices have built-in 3-step overcurrent detection, high detection accuracy of ±0.015 V, and very low current consumption of 7.0 µA in normal operation and 0.1 µA in power-down mode. Operating from -40 to +85°C, ICs are suited for both lithium-ion and lithium polymer rechargeable battery packs.
