Position Reference 827 We are currently looking for an Integrated Management System Coordinator IMCS to work at our Headquarters in the city of Wavre, Belgium. The IMSC will contribute to the process improvements within RHEA Group in line with business priorities and our Integrated Management System IMS following the requirements of the ISO9001 Quality Management System QMS, ISO27001 Information Security Management System ISMS standards and, as necessary, future standards to be added to the framework i.e. ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO50001, etc.. The Integrated Management System Coordinator will report to the QAM Quality Assurance Manager. The IMSC will support and work in coordination with the QAM, Head of Digitalisation and Process Excellence HDPE, Data Protection Officer DPO and different process owners roles. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Writing, reviewing, updating, harmonising, and suggesting improvements to the existing and missing processes, and their related policies and procedures necessary to support the continuous improvements and scope adjustment at the Group level. Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions preparation and delivery to all employees within RHEA Group. Support the realisation of other activities, helping to identify, monitor, track and verify continuous improvements within the different processes included in the IMS such as Determining datadriven solutions and implementing quality improvement plans Processes improvements, eliminating nonadded value activities and applying the Lean 6 sigma principles Reporting on KPIs Key Performance Indicators, monitoring objectives, goals, targets on key actions and processes Risk assessment, prioritizing risk according to the predefined company criteria for its assessment within QA and ISec fields Internal audits, identifying gaps, improvements opportunities and NonConformances to be resolved Corrective actions followup Support to BIDs and necessary related documentation Support QAPA roles within operational projects, as necessary Change Management Control measures support and implementation. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Bachelors degree. At least 2 years of experience working with quality systems i.e. in QA, Finance, HR, IT, Management, IndustrialAerospace Engineering, Legal Compliance, Information Security, HS fields. High degree of initiative and autonomy, taking ownership of specific duties, tasks, processes, Business Unit assigned for followup given an initial broad direction provided by the QAM. Experience on process improvements. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. The following skills would be highly desirable Qualifications in at least three of the items mentioned below ISO9001 QMS ISO27001 ISMS certified working environments or similar. Process Improvements Lean Six Sigma. Writing and reviewing policies and procedures in accordance with different standards and regulatory frameworks. Internal audits. Risk assessment. Training preparation and delivery. Understanding and dealing with different stakeholders expectations, translating it into practical and standardised processes, definitions, and goals.
