Models NCP1129, NCP1126, and NCP1124 respectively deliver up to 25, 15, and 12 W and generate jittered 65 or 100 kHz switching frequency. Offered in Pb-free PDIP-7 packages, these current mode, fixed frequency units incorporate avalanche-rated 650 V MOSFET as well as frequency foldback and skip mode. Max peak current can be adjusted via external resistor, and protective features include 50 msec, timer-based auto-recovery short-circuit protection function.
