Intel wins review of EU competition fine

(Telecompaper) Intel has won a small victory in its appeal against the EUR 1 billion competition fine levied against the company by the EU in 2009. The EU's Court of Justice sent the case back to the lower General Court to re-examine Intel's arguments against the European Commission's decision.
