With table integration that lets robots pick and place fixtured workpieces into machine, ESA 120/70 automation chuck allows intelligent interface and communication with controller using standard Unilock knobs. Product checks for workpiece presence, proper orientation, and clamping and communicates back to controller when workpiece is in place and ready to be machined. Conversely, machine does no allow new cycle to start until new component is properly in place.
