International Paper Becomes Majority Shareholder of Turkish Packaging Company Olmuksa

International Paper today announced it has completed the acquisition of the shares of its joint venture partner Sabanci Holding in the Turkish corrugated packaging company Olmuksa, for a purchase price of $56 million.
