International Paper: The Next Big MLP Play?

Perry Capital caused a stir recently when it argued in a report that three leading containerboard manufacturers -- International Paper , Rock-Tenn , and KapStone Paper and Packaging -- could significantly boost their stock prices by forming master limited partnerships for many of their mills. Since then, two of the three, International Paper and Rock-Tenn, said they would consider creating MLPs.
