Tasks and Responsibilities Search and match qualified international candidates, through our own database, social media channels, job boards and other resources Negotiate salary and employment offers and briefing candidates about legal and expatriate regulations Interview candidates facetoface and by telephoneSkype Coordination of candidate interviews with the client, including travel arrangements and accompanying candidate to client Interview preparation and coaching of candidates Diploma verification and reference checks Preparation and submittal of proposals on, or before, clients deadline Follow up actions with candidates, regarding the results of their interviews Proactive pool management for strategic profiles Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and improvement of the recruitment procedure Requirements HBOUniversity degree 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the aerospace sector Understanding and experience with technical profiles and candidates Proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn, Xing etc. Proficient in English, together with strong communication skills both written and verbal Excellent customer service skills Prioritizing of work activities and meeting necessary deadlines Good negotiation skills Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multitasking skills.
