For the second year in a row, Thor Industries Inc. gave away a car during the Elkhart County RV Open House. But, unlike last year when it took four tries until a winner came forward, Thor President and CEO Bob Martin only had to draw two names until the person whose name was drawn followed the "must be present to win" criteria.
