Invista invests US$250m in new US ADN plant

US-based fibre producer Invista says it is entering the final design phase of a US$250m project at its Victoria, Texas, site which will see an upgrade of its manufacturing technology and increase production of adiponitrile (ADN), a key ingredient for nylon 6,6 fibres and plastics.
