Thunderbolt has been around for two years now, and it still has yet to gain much momentum. Available devices are still rare and expensive, while most PCs don't even ship with support. Thunderbolt enthusiasts aren't giving up, though. With an upcoming speed increase to the spec and some exciting peripherals launching, it's clear that Intel isn't content with Thunderbolt as a niche interface.
