Isle of Wight Title I school continues to surpass standards

Carrsville Elementary has been honored twice on the state and national levels in the last two years for exceedingly high academic achievement - perhaps not surprising in a county that regularly registers solid test scores. However, the most recent honor is for Title I schools - those with a high proportion of students from low-income families.
