J&J fined $20M over metal bits in Tylenol

Johnson & Johnson's McNeil Consumer Healthcare division pleaded guilty to one criminal count Tuesday in federal court in Philadelphia and will pay a $20 million fine for poor manfacturing practices involving children's Tylenol and other products. The plea related to metal particles ending up in children's liquid medicine, produced at the company's plant in Fort Washington, Montgomery County.
