Somerset, PA – JJ Truck Equipment, a division of Somerset Welding & Steel, today announced that Rick Springer joined the J&J Truck Equipment team as a regional sales manager. Springer, based in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, will be responsible for truck equipment sales throughout eastern Pennsylvania.
