Suited for multimode 2G/3G/4G cellular base stations, 2.5 GSPS DAC38J84 (4-channel) supports JEDEC JESD204B serial interface standard for data converters up to 12.5 Gbps. Pin-compatible 16-bit DAC38J82 (2-channel) runs at 2.5 GSPS. Dual independent transmit paths of DAC38J84, which also integrates multi-band summation block, provide up to 1 GHz of complex information bandwidth each.
