July 1, 2015 - Japan Pulp and Paper announced the acquisition of the remaining 49 percent of the outstanding shares of Gould Paper . The acquisition was effected through JP's consolidated U.S. subsidiary, Japan Pulp and Paper , and makes Gould a wholly-owned subsidiary within the JP Group.
