James River Enthusiasts Upset About Draft Permit to Dominion

The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality has issued a draft permit to Dominion stating the power company is authorized to discharge coal ash wastewater into the James River. Pat Calvert of the James River Association is responsible for making sure these toxins don't end up in the river.
