Jewel maker Charles & Colvard gets $10M credit line for new breast cancer product

Morrisville-based Charles & Colvard , which makes diamond-like jewels called moissanite from silicone carbide acquired from Cree , is using a new three-year $10 million credit line from Wells Fargo to roll out a new product geared toward breast cancer survivors.
