Jewelers of America , the national trade association of businesses of the fine jewelry industry, is offering scholarships to employees of it's members that could cover up to 60% of the costs of specified jewelry courses, jewelry programs, fine jewelry certification, and a distance learning program from the Gemological Institute of America .
