Center Bremen for the department Operations Engineering Services we are looking for a Jigs Tools Manager for Equipment Integration and Logistics mf. Main activities Managing planning and control of all relevant necessary specifications Responsible for timely compliance with the defined deadlines of each specification document Participation in the establishment of the procurement specifications in cooperation with the procurement department. Ensuring compliance with the available budget Definition of all relevant Jigs Tools information, data and interfaces Coordination of all requests and ordering activities in cooperation with the procurement department Preparation of the tender phase Selection of potential suppliers Negotiations Acceptance in cooperation with the quality department Installation and validation Schedule and cost control Cooperation with Production Building Managers for following tasks Manufacturing and Inspection Flow Chart update MIFC Identification of optimisation potentials Directly supporting and reporting to Production Manager Manufacturing accompanying for all internal and external authorities Degree in Engineering andor Project Management Good knowledge in space integration activities Knowledge in Lean Processes KAIZEN Negotiation level in English, intermediate level in German Please note that this is a fixed term position for the duration of 18 months.
