DuPont and Dow announced on December 11 that they would merge and then break up into three separate companies. "The reason why we're huge is because when the Dow and DuPont deal closes you're going to have three different companies...Just look at what Ed Breen did at Tyco International , and we're going to see what he's going to do with Dow and DuPont," Cramer said in the above video.
