Judge: Duke Energy must stop groundwater contamination at coal plants

Under Thursday's order, Duke Energy would have to take immediate steps to prevent ground water contamination at ash ponds like the one at the shuttered River Bend Steam Station, adjacent to the Charlotte reservoir, Mountain Island Lake.
