Judge finds Magar in contempt for failing to repair Syringa Mobile Home Park

Latah County Judge John Stegner is considering whether the owner of Syringa Mobile Home Park in Moscow should be held in contempt, again. Early last year, the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality filed a complaint against Magar E. Magar citing various problems with the water system at the park.
