Register-Guard: A Lane County judge today rejected arguments made by two Eugene teenagers who sought a court order that would force state lawmakers to work harder on a plan to reduce carbon emissions and help stave off climate change. Circuit Court Judge Karsten Rasmussen issued a written ruling in favor of the state, whose attorneys have asserted that Oregon has a strong track record of passing regulations that work to protect the environment.
