Kelley Blue Book is following up its announcement last fall of range-based pricing for new cars with the launch of range-based pricing on used-car values. Its expected to alleviate some of the friction from the shopping process by setting common expectations on pricing and valuation terminology for both buyers and sellers, according to Jared Rowe, president of Kelley Blue Book.
