Kaman resumes production of utility helicopter

Aerospace manufacturer Kaman Corp. says it's resuming production of its heavy-lift helicopter that will be put to work for firefighting, logging and other tasks requiring repetitive aerial lifts. The Bloomfield, Connecticut, company said Friday the K-MAX helicopter will be manufactured in Jacksonville, Florida, and Bloomfield.
