KARACHI: July 12, 2015. Sindh government to make the Karachi smart city by innovative solar street lights, CCTV cameras as well as free WiFi facilities in 2015 According to the statement, Sindh Information Minister Shrajeel Inaam Memon and Sheikh Ahmed Al-Maktoum of Dubai signed MoU by three Chinese companies China Abuda of Joshua interested to install smart technology in Karachi to complete the first phase in years 2015.
