Kenya: Chemelil Cane Farmers to Be Paid Sh190 Million

Chemelil Sugar Company will pay cane farmers Sh190 million arrears, Agriculture Secretary Felix Koskei has said. He said the funds have been advanced to the factory by the Kenya Sugar Board.
