(Telecompaper) The Kenyan government is planning to offer free Wi-Fi in the country's major towns in order to boost internet communication. Information Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru said the government plans to purchase data bundles from ISPs to facilitate communication between businesses and their customers.
