Keysight Technologies, Inc. has integrated high-performance spectrum analyzer capabilities into its PNA and PNA-X Series microwave vector network analyzers (VNAs), a capability that can improve test throughput by up to 500 times, with results comparable to today's most sophisticated standalone spectrum or signal analyzers.
