Kimco buys back Jericho Atrium for $29.75M

Nine years after selling a Jericho office building, Long Island's largest real estate investment trust has bought it back. The seller, Metropolitan Realty Associates , would not disclose the buyer, but industry sources say it is New Hyde Park-based Kimco Realty , which closed on the $29.75 million purchase of the 147,183-square-foot office building on 8 acres at 500 North Broadway last week.
