What was the solution of fatigue for FeRAM by Ramesh?, Is it Ramtron International, who provided the solution for fatigue problem of FeRAM? It would be interesting to know how the fatigue problem was overcome by Ramesh in case of FRAM. This memory really has potential of reducing power consumption, but it will take much time in refinement.
